Bitcoin price surged to over 41,000 USD on 8th January, 2021. This is an all time high for bitcoin and a 30% rise from the trading prices of 1st January.
Bitcoin prices crashed by almost 20% on 4th of January, the first trading day of the new year. Prices recovered by Wednesday and since have continued to rise.
